Week 1 - Making Peace with Your Patterns

Before change comes understanding. This week, you’ll move from self-blame to self-respect and see that your patterns (such as distractability, procrastination, impulsivity, inconsistency, overwhelm, etc) never meant something was wrong with you. Once you grasp how human nature truly works, self-compassion stops feeling idealistic and becomes the most natural response. Together, we’ll explore gentle practices to meet your inner world with curiosity and kindness, and start breaking loops that no longer serve the life you want to create.

Week 2 - Making Peace with Your Thoughts & Feelings
This week is about learning the language of your inner world. You’ll see that your thoughts and emotions aren’t problems to fix, but messages meant to keep you safe and guide you toward what matters most. We’ll look at the purpose behind each emotion and thought pattern, and learn to relate to them in ways that truly support you. As you begin to notice how and when they appear, you’ll stop fighting them and start working with them. Together, we’ll explore evidence-based mindfulness practices—beyond traditional meditation—that help you listen with openness, respond with clarity, and move through daily life with a steadier rhythm.

Week 3 - Making Peace with Time, Direction & Decision
This week is about transforming insight into movement. Together, we’ll uncover what truly gives your life direction—your own values, not the ones you were conditioned to follow—and learn how to translate them into simple, meaningful steps. You’ll explore practical ways to move beyond procrastination, impulsive choices, and the sense of being “out of sync” with time. By grounding small daily actions in what matters most, you’ll realize that the only rule in the game of life is to keep playing.

My name is Luciana Lopes, creator of Heart-Driven Healing, a space where psychology, spirituality, and the wisdom of our humanity meet.

Everything you see here - from the ideas and research to the design, videos, and branding - was created by me, an ADHD-like mind and a therapist who practices exactly what she teaches.
​
My path wasn’t shaped only in therapy rooms. It’s the result of over a decade exploring the human mind, body, and spirit across cultures, and discovering how Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) weaves beautifully with the understanding that emotions are not problems to fix, but messengers to guide us.
​
I believe our struggles are not signs of being broken. No, not at all. They are signs we are humans. Afterall, healing is not fixing what is broken, but remembering nothing ever was.
